No destination in mind this time. Living life, drinking coffee, doing yoga, loving fashion, speaking fluent sarcasm, loving, learning, stumbling and standing.

...leaving a trail.

Nothing is impossible!

New Year, New Start

As we enter 2012 praise yourself for all of your victories this year and learn from every stumble along the way. The path to recovery is not smooth, nor is it one that can be perfectly mapped out. As you face the challenges it presents continue to remind yourself of your strength-no victory is too small to be celebrated. Continue to create your own path and be proud as you walk it! For 2012 resolve to be the best you can be-create realistic resolutions and be gentle and patient with yourself.

You can read here about my journey to recovery and how I continue find strength in the struggle. Happy new Year- Jessica

Your existence has many doors, and each serves a purpose that ultimately helps define who you are. Sometimes it is hard to open these doors. Often you would think it just won’t work. It takes patience and perseverance, but you must believe that you already have every key for each door you encounter. Imagine your heart as the keychain where all the keys you will ever need in your lifetime are dangling, waiting for you to use.
The only thing I fear more than change is no change. The business of being static makes me nuts.” -Twyla Tharp

Here’s to a new year

take with you all the good memories, all your accomplishments, leave behind the negativity, learn from your missteps. We are all offered a fresh start, not just at midnight, by everyday thereafter. What will you do with this blank slate?
